I loved that practically every recipe had a picture. Such fantastic photography! She also put substitution notes on recipes that might be made differently for people with nut, gluten, sugar, etc. allergies. She uses healthy, natural ingredients and will not rely on a lot of tofu and tempeh, with I liked. She cooks with lots of beans, lentils, and vegetables and her recipes looked simple, fast, and easy to make. I've already tried her Apple Pie Oatmeal and it was fantastic! Her smoothies look good, too!
